Upcoming Program Absence Notification

Intro

Life brings planned time away: a planned holiday, a work trip, a planned medical procedure. Your season program holds your place in the hammock every week, and when you know you’re going to be away, this is where you let the studio know.

How it works

You notify your absence here at least 14 days before your first missed program session. We’ll review your dates and where you are in your practice and allocate a place for you in a like-for-like program session at a suitable level, within your current season and as space permits. Your replacement session details arrive by email.

Less than 14 days’ notice

Absences notified with less than 14 days’ notice, or not notified, are forfeited, and no replacement is allocated.

Good to know

Replacement sessions sit within your current season and don’t carry into the next. They can’t be exchanged for a growth credit, used for a non-program session, or put toward payment or part-payment for anything else.
