How old do you have to be to attend the studio?

Sky-lab is an adult Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness studio. All Programs, workshops and Members Growth Sessions are open to adults from 18 years onwards. Teenagers between the ages of 16 - 18 years of age are permitted to attend class with a parent guardian present at the studio (attending the same session or watching the session) or via written communication from a parent or guardian prior to the booked session. Anyone under the age of 16 is unable to attend the studio.

I'm an experienced floor based yogi, where should I start?

Aerial Yoga is a fusion technique combining traditional yoga poses and aerial arts. While a floor based yoga experience with inversions can definitely support you in your aerial practice, we recommend starting in the beginner program or workshop. If you have previous experience using aerial arts apparatus such as: Aerial Silks, Trapeze, pole or Lyra reach out here to discuss your best option for class or course level.
