Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness classes are available at the studio every day. Classes include low, super low, medium and high intensity workouts.
• Low and super low intensity classes involve a low to no sweat workout
•• Medium intensity classes expect a medium level of sweat in your workout
••• High intensity classes involve high sweat activity and are open from beginners to advanced

Classes can be attended casually using a Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership, Single Class Pass, Three Week Unlimited Pass or Ten Class Pack.
