Imagine moving freely in all directions of open space as your body floats through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and fascia release, (connective tissue) of the body.
Aerial Yoga Melt technique features mat work using foam rollers as well as partial and full aerial zero compression inversions, allowing various forms of flowing spinal traction. This gentle session offers accessibility to those with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, muscular and myofascia release and mind/body connection.
Taught in a sequential flow to music, the session incorporates foam roller muscular and fascia release, neuromuscular activation of the nervous system, partial and full zero-compression inversions, deep hip flexor release, levitating meditations, and floating savasana.
