Do you love to learn and see your awesome progression each week? Want to develop your strength and flexibility in body and mind?  Would you love the space to relax, prioritising time for you each week to go deep into your practice and learn to be an aerial ninja in no time? 

Here at the Lab we're passionate about  teaching with progression offering you comprehensive ten week Aerial Yoga courses starting from Foundation level all the way through to Advanced - creating your clear pathway to your journey of flight!  

Expect to develop your awareness of your body in space through vinyasa sequences, zero compression inversions, deep hip openings, all-over body traction - and best of all flight!

Beginner Aerial Yoga Nine Week courses

Course 1 - 6:30pm Monday Evening Course  - Aerial Yoga Foundation Course 45 mins (Starts Monday 23rd October for nine weeks consecutively)
Course 2 -  5:45pm Thursday Evening Course - Aerial Yoga Foundation Course 45 mins (Starts Thursday 26th  October for nine weeks consecutively)
Course 3 - 8:45am Saturday Morning Course  - Aerial Yoga Foundation Course  45 mins (Starts Saturday 28th October for nine weeks consecutively)

Intermediate Aerial Yoga Nine Week Courses

Level 1 - 7:15pm Thursday Aerial Yoga Level 1  Course 45 mins (prerequisite Aerial Yoga foundation or 10+ AGY classes) Starts Thursday October 26th
Level 2 - 7:15pm Tuesday Aerial Yoga Level 2 Course 45 mins (prerequisite Aerial Yoga level 1 or 20+ AGY classes) Starts Tuesday October 24th

Advanced Aerial Yoga Nine week courses

Level 3&4 - 5:45pm Tuesday Aerial Yoga level 3&4 Course 45 mins (prerequisite Aerial Yoga level 2/3 or 30+ AGY classes) Starts Tuesday October 24th
Advanced - 7:15pm Monday Aerial Yoga Advanced Course 45 mins (by invitation only) Starts Monday October 23rd
