Here at the Lab we're passionate about  teaching with progression offering you comprehensive ten week Aerial Yoga courses starting from Foundation level all the way through to Advanced - creating your clear pathway to your journey of flight!  

Expect to develop your awareness of your body in space through vinyasa sequences, zero compression inversions, deep hip openings, all-over body traction - and best of all flight!



Pricing Nine Week Aerial Yoga Course:

9 week Aerial Yoga course / $240

TERMS:

9 week aerial yoga courses run consecutively from October 23rd - December 23rd and guarantee your space in your chosen course each week |  Makeup sessions are available to to take any other Nine Week Aerial Yoga course in your current level or a level below, within duration of your course and subject to hammock availability.  | All courses are non refundable and non transferable |

NB. A minimum of 2 x Fast Track session privates are required to cover your next level course content. Fast track pricing ranges from $60 - $130 per session depending on how many fast track private participants share your private session.

SIX WEEKS TO SHRED 7 - SUMMER Aerial Fit Course

High Intensity Workout | 6 week course program | Get the results you want fast!


COURSE 1. MONDAYS 5:45PM - STARTS  OCTOBER 23RD
COURSE 2. WEDNESDAYS 5:45PM   - STARTS OCTOBER 25TH

Aerial Hammock:  Two weeks with blocks | Two weeks with balls | Two weeks with straps


SIX WEEKS TO SHRED Aerial Fit Course is a dynamic whole body aerial conditioning workout.  Combining suspension, resistance training and aerial fitness  for all over body conditioning.

Expect to sweat, developing solid core strength exploring shapes like inverted sit-ups, chin-ups and handstands while also using deep stretching techniques to lengthen and strengthen. There’ll also be plenty of inversions allowing recovery time, decompression and traction of the spine as you steadily and progressively develop in your practice.

While some core strength is recommended this course is suitable for beginners and experienced alike.

NB. Attending a Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop prior to starting your Six Weeks to Shred Course is highly recommended as a prerequisite.

The Lab's AirFlow masterclass series is back by popular demand this Spring! Combining aerial dance, authentic movement and aerial arts. In this engaging workshop series, you'll learn to combine foundational dance elements and unique aerial progressions. Each series will weave together a unique collaborative aerial movement piece, while discovering your own authentic movement, and best of all finding physical freedom  through flight!

No prior dance experience required, open to all - a masterclass series not to be missed!
