What is a Casual Class?:
Casual Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness classes available at the studio every day. Classes include low, super low, medium and high intensity workouts.
Low and super low intensity classes involve a low to no sweat workout.
Medium intensity classes expect a medium level of sweat in your workout.
High intensity classes involve high sweat activity and are open from beginners to advanced
Choose the workout thats right for you!
While casual classes are available to all levels from beginners to advanced, we highly recommend a Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop as your first session.
Casual classes can be taken casually using a Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership, Casual Single Pass, Three Week Unlimited Pass or Ten Class Pack.
