Open Casual Classes are Casual Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness classes available at the studio every day.
While we highly recommend a Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop as your first session Open Casual Classes are available to all levels from beginners to advanced.
Classes include and include Low, Super Low, Medium and High intensity workouts. Low and super low intensity classes involve a low to no sweat workout, Medium intensity classes expect a medium level of sweat in your workout and High intensity classes involve high sweat activity and are open from beginners to advanced - Just choose the workout thats right for you!
Open Classes can be taken casually using a Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership, Casual Single Pass, Two Week Unlimited Pass, Ten Class Pack.
