What's an Open Casual Class?:

 Open Casual Classes are Casual Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness classes available at the studio every day.  

While we highly recommend a Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop as your first session Open Casual Classes are available to all levels from beginners to advanced.

Classes include and include Low, Super Low, Medium and High intensity workouts. Low and super low intensity classes  involve a low to no sweat workout, Medium intensity classes expect a medium level of sweat in your workout and High intensity classes involve high sweat activity and are open from beginners to advanced - Just choose the workout thats right for you!  

Open Classes can be taken casually using a Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership,  Casual Single Pass, Two Week Unlimited Pass,  Ten Class Pack.

Super Low Intensity Workout

Imagine moving freely in all directions of open space as your body floats through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.

This technique features partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

Taught in a sequential flow to music, the class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and floating savasana.

High Intensity Workout

Aerial Fit is a dynamic whole body aerial conditioning class.  Combining, suspension, resistance training and aerial arts for all over body conditioning. Expect to sweat, developing core strength exploring shapes like inverted sit-ups, chin-ups and handstands while also using deep stretching techniques to lengthen and strengthen. There’ll also be plenty of inversions allowing decompression and traction of the spine and we'll work on flexibility as you steadily and progressively develop in your practice.

While some core strength is recommended this class is suitable for beginners and experienced alike.

Aerial Pilates is and extension of the classic Pilates technique using the Aerial Hammock as a single apparatus. This class will allow you to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac,and Ladder Barrel in the Aerial Hammock.

Take your core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights and explore the amazing benefits the Pilates Method  in combination with Zero-Compression Inversions!
